Held on August 23 & 24, the AMCA hosted and wrapped up the ninth Construction Innovation Forum.
Once again, an amazing line up of speakers, partners and like-minded individuals congregated at MCEC to share knowledge and learn from each other.
Evident over the course of the two days was the fact that, in many respects, AMCA members and the wider Australian construction industry are leading the world in their application of innovative practices. Presentations from world renowned experts also highlighted areas where Australia can learn from international counterparts and colleagues.
The collaborative nature of the Australian industry continues to be a unique element that helps create much needed standardised, consistent modelling and data management practices that sets us apart and leaves the rest of the world scratching their heads.
We’d like to take this opportunity to thank AMCA members and all those who attended for helping to make it a success.
In particular, we thank and congratulate presenters from within the AMCA membership: Warwick Stannus and Carl Agar from A.G. Coombs; Daniel Maddocks and Stirling Ashby from Benmax Group; Ian Pearse from Ellis Air; and Nathan Taylor from A.G. O’Connors Services.
Keep an eye out on the BIM-MEPAUS website for the release of the recorded video presentations in the following days.
