Mid to late last year Women and Leadership Australias (WLA) 100 Days for Change campaign encouraged all organisations and individuals to make one simple pledge to advance workplace gender equality. The campaign reached 1.3 million people, with 200,000 employees positively impacted and 13,000 individuals engaging in the initiative. WLA would like to build further on the gender equality momentum that was generated throughout this project.
