AMCA welcomes Larry Odgers as
Executive Manager in WA

AMCA Australia is pleased to announce that Larry Odgers has officially commenced work as the newly appointed Executive Manager—Western Region.Larry joins the AMCA after a long career in the HVAC and refrigeration industry spanning numerous senior roles over five decades.
Starting his career training to be a licensed aircraft maintenance engineer, Larry transitioned into the HVAC industry with a Certificate IV in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
Driven by his willingness to take on new challenges, Larry went on to hold a variety of senior roles, including service manager, commissioning manager, construction project manager, and general manager of compliance.
He has an Advanced Diploma in Workplace Health and Safety and brings a breadth of experience that includes Green Star accreditation, NABERS auditing, ISO standards auditing, and writing competency-based training.
President of AMCA Australia, Michael Anthony, said Larry’s contemporary industry knowledge and experience will help inform all AMCA activities, not just in Western Australia but right around the country.
