The course is set up for students to learn current workplace best practice through hands on work experience with the course’s part-time, competency-based training and assessment undertaken in the workplace and is supported by 5 x 1 block weeks delivered at AMCA House in Melbourne.
Utilising state-of-the-art industry and educational technology including Computer Aided Design (CAD), students are taught on real-world up-and-coming technology to provide them with the ability to work with technological advances well into the future.
The course provides healthy a balance of industry knowledge, the latest technology updates and industry best-practice to allow students to graduate with the tools and experience needed to maintain the edge in this ever-changing world.

About the AMCA
The Air Conditioning & Mechanical Contractors Association of Australia Limited (AMCA) represents highly skilled organisations with expertise in the design, manufacture, and installation of mechanical and refrigerated air conditioning and ventilation systems, as well as the ongoing service and maintenance of plant, equipment and building services. To support members in their activities, the AMCA provides representation to government on policy and regulatory matters, as well as a range of training, technical and advisory services in order to promote a prosperous, socially, and environmentally responsible industry.
