Powering Skills Organisation (PSO), Air Conditioning and Mechanical Contractors Association of Australia Limited (AMCA), Australian Institute of Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heating (AIRAH) and Australian Refrigeration Council (ARC) and ) is undertaking a full review of the UEE training products, including the UEE20120 Certificate II in Split Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems, and we are seeking input from key stakeholders across industry, RTOs, trainers, learners and regulators.

We invite you to complete a short online survey to share your views on the current training product, including its relevance, structure, assessment requirements and alignment with contemporary industry and licensing needs. Your feedback will directly inform recommendations for improvement and help ensure the qualification remains current, industry‑led and supports a safe, job‑ready workforce.
